Juice Processing Plant in University of Nairobi

Often, DK Engineering works with research and academic institutions where training on the usage of the various machinery is of key importance. The University of Nairobi is one of such institutions that we have partnered with in the past. In the institution’s Faculty of Agriculture, farmers and students are trained on best practices in fruit processing, food processing Hygiene and food safety, processing equipment, processing of mango juices, mango wine, product development and commercialization among others. To effect this, DK Engineering expertise has been sought in the past to supply, install and maintain the equipment necessary for processing and packaging of mango juice.
